I received the following error message when I attempted to print a report: Run Time Error 372, Failed to load CR View from CR Viewer.dll

Please click on the link below and select Run when prompted:

If that says it succeeded, then try printing a report again.
If you still have an error, follow these steps: Use the Windows Search function to locate all instances of crviewer.dll. Delete any that aren't in the windows\system32 folder. Then try the program again.
If you still have an error, follow these steps: 1. Uninstall the software from the Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel. 2. Restart your computer. 3. Re-install the software. Your data will not be lost by doing this procedure.
