I'm in a hurry. What's the fastest way to get your software?
The fastest way to recceive our software is to purchase it online. After checkout, you're shown a link so you can download the software and start using it immediately.
Can I download the software and receive a CD-ROM too?
Yes, after you checkout you're shown a link so you can download the software and start using it immediately. We'll also send you a CD-ROM for your backup.
I purchased the software but it's a trial version?
If this happens, please call or email us at sales@allprosoftware.com with your name, and the installation number. Then we'll give you the matching password. To view the installation number, select Registration from the Help menu.
Do you accept Purchase Orders?
Yes, we accept purchase orders from schools, organizations, businesses and government agencies. Please fax your purchase orders to (608) 987-4553.
Do you have a mail order form?
Yes. Click here to View Order Form to order by fax or mail. Type in your order information then click the printer icon.
Will I be notified when software upgrades are available?
Yes, we'll mail you a postcard when a major release is available. Here's more on our Upgrade Policy
