Error Message when Attempting to Download KF

Joy gets the following error message when attempting to download KF:
Error: Unable to find application manager for Pocket PC.
UT Starcom 6700 Pocket PC/Phone Combo.
Note: The Pocket PC was not plugged into the PC during the download. It is somewhere else.

The pocket pc isn't required during installation. However, you must have the Application Manager software installed. This is a Microsoft CD which should have come with the device. It's used to install applications on Pocket PC devices.
