When I try to open StatTrak for Baseball v10.0, I get an error message:
An internal error has been encountered.
Location: Setup
Error: 3197
Text:The Microsoft Jet database engine stopped the process because you and another user are attempting to change the same data at the same time.

I'm the only one using the program and this computer is not networked. Now I cannot even get into the StatTrak program. I did a search on the internet and found this kind of error can be associated with a corrupted data base. Any help is much appreciated.

Solution:

We have a utility which will let you restore your database to an earlier version.

Try using the 'restore new' button first. After doing that, try the program again. If it still gives the same message, use the repair program and choose 'restore old'.
