I have purchased the latest upgrade on my new computer but when the software comes up I get an error message...
Upgrade Version Error ...no existing qualifying product is found on the computer.
How can I get past this?

The upgrade requires the previous version to be found in order to install properly. It did not find the old software so it is erroring with this message.
You can wait for the cd to arrive and install with it or you can go out to our website and try downloading the trial version and registering that software to unlock the trial restrictions. If you continue to have problems let us know.
