We run our dart tournaments by randomly partnering 2 players together to make a team. Is there a way for this program to partner the individuals up then set a bracket for the teams?

I am afraid that Tournament Scheduler does not have a Blind Draw function. You will need to create the team pairings outside of the software and then enter the team names into your event.
