Address Manager personal edition has a single name field for your contacts. Because of this, the software does not have the ability to change how the name is shown on the reports. The name will be displayed on the reports exactly as it is entered in for each contact. If you enter the name as "Smith, John" that is how it will display on the reports, but keep in mind that that is also how it will display on labels and envelopes.

Stattrak Address Manager Business Edition has First, Middle and Last name fields and allows you to change the name format for reports.

You are able to upgrade from personal to business edition.
