Lost My CD
Description:
I cannot find my disk to reinstall the software. What should I do?

Can I download the software or can I get a new disk?

Solution:

It depends upon what version of the software you own.

Check the Free Trials area on our website.

If the version you own is the version that is available in the Free Trials area then you are able download from there. Some of those downloads are able to be unlocked with the registration name and password you received from us when you purchased the software. Others will need to be unlocked by us so you will need to contact us to get them unlocked. Also, we are able provide replacement cd's for those versions of the software. Replacements cd's can be purchased for $6.95 by calling in to our sales line.

If you had an older version of the software that is not listed in Free Trials, go to the Prior Demos area under Technical Support on our website. Older available versions can be downloaded there. Those packages will need to be unlocked by us. We are not able to produce cd's of older versions of a software.

If you do not know what version of the software you owned we can look you up and provide assistance in getting the software installed.
