Lost My Password
Description:
I installed my software on a new computer and it is asking for a password. I don't have that information where can I find it or how can I request it?

Solution:

The registration info would have showed on the confirmation screen when you purchased the software, it would have been emailed to you and also would be on the receipt that accompanied the cdrom.

If you do not have your registration info, you will need to email sales@allprosoftware.com to request it.

Make sure to include the name, address and software version so we can look you up.
