Report not printing
Description:
While having a report on the screen and clicking on the printer , nothing happens?

Solution:

Restart your printer and then your computer.

Open Stattrak Address Manager.
Click on Reports then a report to print.
The report preview will display.
Click on File then Printer Setup.
Uncheck the No Printer box if it is checked then select your printer from the dropdown. If you printer is displayed in the dropdown, still drop the box down and reselect your printer.
Click OK.
Click the Printer Icon on the toolbar or click on File then Print.

Check your printer queue to verify that the print job was passed to the printer and is printing.
