Error 5 trying to bring up a report

When I try to display one of the reports (Address, Phone, Details, Custom) I am getting an error message...
Error 5 "Invalid Procedure call or Argument"

Most customers who have experienced this problem have been able to solve it by resetting the defaults on their printer.
Stattrak Address Manager receives settings from your printer and uses them to generate a preview of the report. Some settings on the printer may be incompatible with the preview options.
Normally the issue is with the paper size that has been assigned as the default in the printer properties.
Go into Windows Control panel then into Printers and find your default printer, it is the one with the check mark next to it. Right click on it and choose Printing Preferences. All printers have different options in this area so you may need to poke around to find an option to reset the Printer Defaults or to set the Paper size to letter.
Then try Address Manager again.
