Instructions for Exporting MaxPrep game files from Stattrak for Baseball and then Import them into the MaxPreps site.

Stattrak for Baseball has an option on the File menu called Export to MaxPreps file.

A box will display listing on the games for the team that was highlighted prior to selecting the Export to MaxPreps option.

Choose the game you want to export to a MaxPreps file.

The name of the file that will be created will be listed in the lower left corner. Click Save. The file will get generated. A box will display asking if you would like to go to the folder where the file was created. That folder is in My Documents\Stattrak for Baseball\MaxPreps.

You will need to login into MaxPreps coaches area.

Go to Enter/Edit Stats

Find the game you want to upload stats for and click the Enter Stats option for that game.

Fill in the game info (Final score, inning scores, hits and errors)

In the Import Athlete Stats area, click the Browse button.

Browse to My Documents then Stattrak for Baseball then Maxpreps.
Click on the correct game file for this game and click Open.
Back at the Maxprep website, click on Continue.
The screen will displays that stats were imported successfully.
Click Save and Exit
You will be sent back to the home page of Maxpreps.
Go to Print Stats and select View the Report for that game.
