I have many small lists to do for real estate, so I need to break down the business category and be able to have one for example, for sale by owners, current contacts, etc. Is there a way I can do this without throwing it all in just one big business file.

You can organize addresses by Address Type. Click on the Tools Menu and select Address Types and then click Add to add a new Address Type. Then when you are typing in an address you assign it to one or more Address Types. All addresses are stored together but you can choose to view or print addresses based on Address Type.
