I had a team drop in a particular division, and I have another team ready to take it's place. What I want to do is just swap those 2 teams. How do I drop the one team and add a new team and not lose the seeding and schedule? A message box displays... Warning: This event has been seeded. If you add or remove a Team from this event, the seeds will be cleared and the schedule erased. Continue?
I don't want to do that. Is there a way of doing what I'm asking without having to redo the entire tourney?

You are not able to swap the teams by dropping a team then adding another, tournament scheduler will see this as a change to the event and everything will get messed up, as you see by the message that popped up.
What you can do is rename the team that is leaving to the name of the team that is replacing them.
Go into Tournament setup.
Click the Teams Tab.
Find the team that is dropping on the team list and click to highlight them.
Click Edit team.
They will display on the left side, change the name and click Save.
Click OK to close out of Tournament Setup. The event will get refreshed with this change.
