Word 2007 wont open report
|
I used the export option to export a report to the word for windows option. Microsoft Word displays the following message...
You are attempting to open a file that was created in an earlier version of Microsoft Office. This file type is blocked from opening in this version by your registry policy setting.
Is there any way around this?

There is not a fix for the Stattrak software to alleviate this issue, but Microsoft released a fix for Microsoft Word.
We have the file available on our website.
http://www.allprosoftware.com/technicalsupport/SupportFiles/UnblockWord2007.zip
Save this file to your computer, then open it.
Double click on the UnblockWord2007.reg file.
Click Yes to the warning message and then OK.
*You will need admin rights to your pc to be able to activate this update
After this update is ran you should be able to export to the Word for Windows format without a problem.
