Choosing a Different Directory to backup to

I am using Windows Vista and when attempting to back up to an external drive, the instructions on the screen do not allow us to designate where we wish to backup. Is there any way around this?

Windows Vista does not have the browse folders option open by default. When you click on Backup Database, look for a Browse Folders button in the lower left corner. This should display the folder list on the left side and it should display from now on.
