The message you received states that the website name you entered has already been used so it is not available to publish to.

If you have never published a site before you will need to try a different URL name as the name you tried was already in use.

If you have previously published to that site name and would like to use it again, you will need to contact us to have that site name reset. Log in to the helpdesk and submit a problem to have the URL reset. Make sure to add the name of the site to have it reset.
