Description:
Receiving an error when trying to bring up any of the reports
(Address, Phone, Detail, Custom or Birthday).

The error reads:
Internal Error
Location: Load Report
Error 5
Invalid Procedure Call or Argument

Solution:

This error message indicates that one of your databases has gotten corrupted.

Please try the following...

Close any errors that may be displaying and the Address Manager program.

Go into My Documents then the Stattrak Address Manager folder.
Open the Data folder and delete the file Options.mdb

Uninstall Stattrak Address Manager from the Windows Control Panel.

Reinstall Address Manager.

Try the reports again.

****If you are running Business Edition of Address Manager, the folder and program will be labeled as Stattrak Address Manager BE****
