K-Force Serial Number doesn't work.

Customer has e-mailed to indicated his K-Force Serial Number does not work. The number he received matches the number in our system.

Customer was a non-us customer and apparently the character set didn't match the password function. I sent the customer a new password using just his initials and that solved the problem.
