You will need to restart your computer.

Open Address Manager again.

Click on Tools then Export Names and Addresses.

Click the All button then Click OK. Click OK again.

Close Address Manager.

Click the Create Blank Button
Click OK, then Click Cancel.

Open Address Manager, the software should open with only John & Mary Smith in the address listing. If it doesn't contact us.

Click on Reports then Labels and Envelopes.
Click Print Labels.

If the software prompts the same error message, you will need to contact us.

If the label preview comes up, click Close then Close again.

Click on Tools then Import Names and Addresses.
Click on Address Manager then click Browse.
Click on StattrakNames and click Open. Click Import. Click OK

All of your contacts should be back, try printing labels again.
