This is a message some people experience with Windows Vista.

Close out of the error message and any subsequent messages.

Next go to www.allprosoftware.com
Click on Technical Support.
Click on Support Files.
Click on Set Users Rights and choose Save. Note where the file is being saved to, it should go to the Downloads folder by default.
After it finishes downloading, click on Start(Windows Start Button) then Computer.
Click on your C drive, then User.
Click on your username, then Downloads.
Locate the allowrestricted.bat file and right click on it.
Choose Run as Administrator. Answer Yes or Run or OK to the next few questions.
A black command prompt box will flash on the screen. The process is complete when it disappears.
