I received error 3020 'Update or CancelUpdate without AddNew or Edit' when I attempted to print labels or envelopes. It comes up right away after clicking on the button for Print Labels or Print Envelopes. What can I do to stop this?

You have a contact in your data that is blank or has a blank name. In the Address Listing screen the first listing under the All Address Types option will show up as a blank contact. Highlight it blue then click Delete.
If you have trouble deleting that contact, highlight it and click Change. Put a fake name in the contact and click OK. Find that changed record in the listing, highlight and click Delete.
