Envelope Printing problem

Address Manager will not print envelopes. The printer says it does not print this size no matter which size I put into it. I can however print envelopes easily from the other programs. How can I fix this.

The size message is usually caused by the printer not having the correct paper size chosen. In Address Manager you select the envelope type/size, but then may need select the paper size for the printer. When you have the envelope preview screen up, click on File then Page Setup. Select the paper size and possibly the source and click OK, then click print.
