When i try to access the software I get a couple different error messages.
#1.
An internal error has been encountered
Location:Setup
Error:429
Text: Active x component can't create object
#2
Location:Convertdata20
Error: 91
Text: Object Variable or with block variable not set
I have tried uninstalling the software and reinstalling and get the same errors.

Please try the following steps in order. After each step try the program again, because any of these may fix this error.
1. Run this link from our website:
