I can't find anywhere how to have the 5 run per inning rule activated. I see it is possible by going through the tutorial, but I can't find any way to activate it for my games and have the check box visible.

In version 3.0, the is no longer a checkbox. We've replaced the checkbox with a menu item. It's on the second page 'More | Last Batter'.
