Subject:
Serial Number/Password does not work
Description:
I have tried the serial number given to me to register the software and it does not work. KForce will not let me open or save games. How can I get past this?

Solution:

If KForce is not accepting the customer name and password that you were given, then there may have been an issue with the configuration file during the software install. If you delete the config file and then go back into the software to reenter your registration info you should be ok.

Follow the instructions for your version of Windows to locate and delete the Kforce configuration file or just click this link to run a support file to delete the file automatically.
