What is the proper way to inter a new pitcher in the middle of an inning. Or in some cases more than one new pitcher?

Hold down the stylus on the substituted player. A menu should pop up. Select "Substitution Details...". This brings up a dialog box that will allow you to enter the Inning, Substitution Comment, Player Subbed For, Batter Count, and Pitch Count. K-ForCE tries to put in the correct values for you. You should verify that the information is correct while the relief pitcher is warming up.
