Error 3621 restoring an old database
|
I have a backup of an old version of Address Manager, version 1 I believe.
I have downloaded and installed Business edition of Address Manager and when I try to restore from that old database I receive an error message.
Location: RestoreDatabase
Error 3621
Text: Cannot change password on a shared open database.
If I click no the software closes, if I click yes I receive additional error messages.

Address Manager Business Edition is not compatible with the version 1 database.
However, you can use the Tools->Import Names and Addresses function in Address Manager Business Edition to retrieve your addresses from that version 1 database.
