DH and CR Questions
Description:
A DH is allowed for any player on the team during the game, and must hit for the same player throughout the game if used. I think I figured out how to do this but in the validation window it gives me an error on the player that the DH hit for. What I do is enter the player that plays the base as normal in the lineup, but do not enter a starting inning. And just below him in the lineup enter the DH and start him as the 1st inning. The box scores appear correct but is this the correct way to do this?

A courtesy runner is allowed for the pitcher and/or catcher during the game if they reach 1st base safely. How is the courtesy runner entered to allow stolen bases to accumulate for him?

Solution:

1) Enter the lineup 1-9 including the DH. Then in the 11th spot (leaving the 10th blank), enter the defensive player that will not hit. You can do this for more than one player. All K-ForCE needs, for this to work right, is to have a blank entry after the last batter.

2) If this is anticipated, you should enter the pitcher as stated above (instead of in the innings totals area). This way you can enter CR/PR substitutions. The inning totals area doesn't allow you do enter a position (it assumes another pitcher).

There are problems in this area. Pitcher Stats may be broken appart - multiple pitcher stat rows may appear for a pitcher who has been CR run for.
