Word Document not being created
|
When I create a report and try to export it to word I get the following message.
"You are attempting to open a file that was created in an earlier version of Microsoft Office. This file type is blocked from opening in this version by your registry policy setting."
The document won't open.File Uploaded: 2837_screenshot.doc

There is not a fix for the All-Pro Software, but Microsoft released a fix for Microsoft Word.
We have the file available on our website. Choose your version of Microsoft Word.
Word 2007

Save this file to your computer, then open it to view the contents.
Double click on the .reg file.
Click Yes to the warning message and then OK.
*You will need admin rights to your pc to be able to activate this update
After this update is ran you should be able to export using the Word for Windows format without a problem.
