Yes, you can continue to use your existing website. The easiest thing to do is to allow the software to create a website and then just add a link in your existing website to the free website created. (e.g. Click here to view stats). An alternative is, in the Export Options of the software, there is an option for FTP which will transfer the website pages directly to your server. You need to know your existing website's FTP server username/password, etc. to use this option.
