Follow the steps below to create a file in Microsoft Excel with your name and address information.

1. First create a backup of your database. Select Back Up Database from the File menu. The default name is Backup.am. You must change this name. The beginning can be anything but it must end with .mdb - e.g., NovemberBackup.mdb, After changing the name, then click on Save.

2. Start Microsoft Excel and select Open from the File menu.

3. Click on the Files of Type drop down list box at the bottom of the screen. Scroll down and select Access Databases.

4. Select the backup file created in step 1 at this location c:\Program Files\All-Pro Software\StatTrak Address Manager\Data\Backup\(name of your file).mdb

5. A warning message about queries may be displayed. Click Open.

6. Double click on Roof on the Select Table screen.

7. Your data is now in Excel format. You can save this file just as you normally would.
