Is there any way that I can create the documents and then forward them by e-mail so that I need not print them and copy them? Does the software have a function for exporting stats reports?

Yes, when you bring up a Report and then click Print, the print box will have an option to export the report as a file.
Click Replace, then the Find button. Select the folder you want to save the file to and give it a name, click Open. This should take you back to the print screen and show the location and filename that you will create. Click Print. Navigate to the folder where you created the file and verify it.
