The KForCe registration file has become corrupt and must be removed.

Use Tools, then Exit to close K-ForCE.

Then tap Start, then File Explorer.

Navigate to My Device/ Program Files/ K-ForCE

You should see 2 icons that say K-ForCE one with the Windows icon and one with the baseball with sunglasses.

Tap and hold on the Windows icon, then choose Delete, and then Yes to confirm.

Open the KForce program.

Click Tools, then Preferences. The fields should be blank for registration information.

Fill in your user name and serial #. If you don't have it, please contact us to receive it. Click Ok, it should display a valid serial number message, click OK.
