Can I create a Mail Merge with the data from Address Manager?

Yes, please use the following instructions to export data out of Address Manager and then select it for use in a mail merge.
Address Manager Mail Merge instructions
1. Open Address Manager 2. Choose Tools, then Export Names and Addresses… 3. On the Export Screen … a. Set your Format to Comma Delimited (CSV) and uncheck Include Individuals b. Choose the Address Types you want to export. c. Click the Browse button, choose a name for the .csv file and choose a location to save it to. d. Click Save. e. Click OK. f. A .csv file will be created which you can use to create your mail merge. 4. Open the application you will be using to do the mail merge. 5. When selecting your mail merge recipients, navigate to the .csv file you created with Address Manager.
