Printing certain address types
|
I want to print one category of addresses. I want to print more than one group but less than all. I want to print by category. I don’t know how to do any of these functions.
The software seems only to want to print the entire list.

By default Address Manager selects all the Addresses and all the Address Types for printing. If you would like to print only certain Address Types, bring up the report you want to print. Then when you are viewing the report, click on the Select button. You will be able to choose which types you want to print on the report by unchecking those you don't want on the report. In this area you can also select/uncheck the individual addresses that will print. There is also an area to change the title of the report, if you would like to change that as well.
