Address positioning on envelope
|
When getting ready to print am address on an envelope is it possible to position the send and return addresses where you want them to appear on the envelope?
Are you able to see on the monitor where the re-positioned send and return addresses will appear on the envelope? Can you actually see it move on the screen when you move it? Can you grab the address you want to move with the cursor and move it around like that? Can you rotate the address so that it is not parallel or perpendicular the edges of the envelope? Can the positions be saved or made to be the default positions? Can the entire envelope that was just created be saved as file to be used later?
|
You can change the position of the return address and the address on an envelope.
On the Labels & Envelopes screen, click on Print Envelopes. Click on Return Address to enter an address and display it on the envelope. Then click on the Layout button. On this screen you can adjust where both addresses prints on the envelope. The gray area represents the address. The gray area is outlined with black squares. Hold your mouse over the top center black square and then click and drag down, for example. Click OK and the preview screen will display those changes.
Changes made on the Layout are saved as the default.
The envelope cannot be saved as a file.
