I recently purchased a StatTrac Address Manager to print address labels. I have several hundred names as friends. I would like to print out individual labels and on some occasions print out several individual labels.

On the Labels and Envelopes screen, by default all addresses are selected (with a checkmark). Click on the checkmarks to remove addresses. You can also remove entire groups of addresses by un-checking certain Address Types. You can also use the clear button in the center to un-check all addresses and then just scroll and check the ones you want.
