Can the League Scheduler program handle a situation where we have fields that can be used by any teams, but several fields require that the team from that community be one of the teams in the game. i.e. Smallville's team must be playing in any games scheduled at Smallville High School, but any teams from the league can play at Kent field. Would this software be compatible with this scheduling issue?

There is not a feature to handle the location requirement that you've described. You would be able to manually edit the schedule after it had been computed to change locations as needed to meet your requirements.
