Does Address Manager have the ability to do a quick search of addresses by street name or phone number.

Yes, Address Manager does have a search function that would allow you to search on a street address, notes, etc. Click on the Edit Menu and select Find. Enter in the text you want to search on and click the Find Now button. It will search through the fields you have checked and display the matching results.
