Subject:
Label printing problem
Description:
When I print a label the first line on the first label is even with the edge on the top, the last label over laps with the label above it.

I went to another printer and computer and got the same results.

I use Avery labels 8160.

What can I do to address this issue?

Solution:

After you click on Print Labels, click on the Layout button. On this screen you can adjust where the address prints on the label. The gray area represents the address. The gray area is outlined with black squares. Hold your mouse over the top center black square and then click and drag down. Then click OK. You should see your addresses starting farther down on the label on the print preview screen.
