You can transfer your data from one computer to another computer by using the Backup Database and Restore Database features under the File Menu of the software. We recommend using a flash drive to transfer the data file. On one computer, click on File then Backup Database, navigate to your USB flash drive and Save the backup file to the flash drive. Put the flash drive in your other computer, open the software, click on File then Restore Database, navigate to your USB flash drive, select the file and click Open to restore that file. This will give you an exact copy of all your data. Instead of using a flash drive, you can also send the backup file as an email attachment.
