Description:
Whenever I try to open the program I am confronted with Strongvault Online Backup which is not installed on my PC. Deleting 3 windows with messages pertaining to Strongvault finally gets me in to Address Manager.
Is this a known issue and if so how do I cure it?
I notice that there is a patch for version 5.1.33 how do you obtain this version?

Solution:

The problem you are experiencing is a previously installed program left trace files in the Microsoft Installer program. The trace files are being triggered when our software attempts to use the Microsoft Installer and they are prompting you for a disk to reinstall.

You can resolve this by installing and running the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility. It is a Microsoft utility which will remove the trace files without harming any software installs.

Download the following link to your desktop:

http://www.allprosoftware.com/technicalsupport/SupportFiles/msicuu2.exe

Then right-mouse click on the file and choose 'run as administrator'
