How do I score a game where a team has only 8 players in the lineup...without having to remember to press skip batter every time the 9th batting position comes up?

Currently, 'Skip Batter' is the only solution. In order to make it easy to score games before the batting order is entered, K-ForCE has to make an assumption about the number of batters. Without this assumption, many, many other scenarios would be much harder for the user (entering the starting lineup from the atbat window as the batter come up to bat, etc.).
