error when trying to use report

This is the error I get when I try to get an address report, please advise.
Error 713 has been encountered in RefreshBEReport

Customer had AVG. I had to apply the standard AVG fix, then uninstalled address manager, then downloaded the fix713.bat file to her desktop and ran it as administrator, then re-installed address manager.
Ticket closed for 90 days without activity
