Some coaches can't play on Sat AM an can only play Sat PM and all day Sunday. Also some coaches coach 2 teams so they like back to back games with those 2 teams and not scheduled at the same time. Can the sotware handle that?

No, our League Scheduler does not have a feature to schedule coaches or referees. It will only handle the team scheduling.
