You have charged me for the Stat Trak address program but I cannot download it as I keep getting an error messaage that the uninstall can't be loaded and a error 91. I have tried downloading to my desktop instead of the normal placement. Nothing helps. So either come up with a way for me to do this or credit me back the $29.95 and I will try another. Maybe if you charged me for the actual disc and I worked with it when I receive it and see if it will set up. Very frustrating.

Customer had AVG Software. I did the following steps to resolve the issue:
1) Open the AVG advanced properties and remove the *md* extension from scanning.
2) Temporarily disabled AVG by right-mouse clicking on it and select disable for 10 minutes.
3) Downloaded Address Manager from our website and installed
4) Ran the link http://www.allprosoftware.com/demos/jet40sp3_comp.exe to resolve a remaining 429 error.
