To print addresses on a sheet that has already been partially used, select the addresses you want to print on the Labels & Envelopes screen. Then in the far right window, click on the first name/address at the top to highlight it. Then click Insert once for each label that has already been used. For example, if you have already used 4 labels, click Insert 4 times. Each time you click Insert, a "[Blank Label]" is inserted above your addresses. This is a place holder that will skip over the label area on your label sheet during printing. Click Print Labels to display the Print Preview screen where you'll see your addresses starting further down on the label sheet.
