Can I print file labels with Address Manager and use cut & paste to enter what I want on a label?
|
Yes, you can print file labels, and use cut & paste. However, the program is designed to print address labels from the entries you’ve made so there are a few more steps involved to print file labels. You may want to download our free trial version to make sure the program meets your needs for this.
To print file labels:
1. On the Labels & Envelopes screen, click on the Clear button in the center. This will un-select all addresses for printing.
2. Click on the Insert button on the right. Highlight the entry inserted and click on Change.
3. On this screen you can paste in what you’d like on the file label. Click OK. You can repeat steps 2 & 3 if you’re printing several labels.
4. Click on Print Labels.
5. Click on Label Type and select the Avery label you need. Then click on Print.
