In all of the All-Pro Software packages you will find a backup database option on the File menu.

Click on the File and then on Backup Database.
By default, the backup file will be saved on your hard drive to the Backup folder created by the software.
You can change the directory it is saving to by clicking on the "Save In" drop down list or by navigating to a different folder or drive.
